It now expects high single to early double-digit capacity growth, down from high teens.

Hindustan Zinc

Hindustan Zinc shares rose up to 4% to Rs 532 as silver hit a fresh high after the US Fed cut interest rates, extending a 60% year-to-date increase. The stock is up 8.5% in 3 sessions and near its 52-week high.

With 40-45% EBIT contributed by silver, the stock’s valuation may catch up with global trends, supporting parent Vedanta Ltd.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA announces the launch of Leucovorin Calcium for Injection USP, 350 mg, in December 2025.

The product is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to Hospira’s reference drug, reducing toxicity in certain cancer treatments. This launch generated around $16.8 million in sales in 12 months ended October 2025, according to IQVIA data.

Adani Green Energy

2.8 crore Adani Green Energy shares changed hands at ₹970 per share for ₹2,718 crore in a pre-open block trade, accounting for 1.7% of the company’s outstanding equity.

Shares are trading 1.3% higher at ₹1,012.3. Promoters have a 62.43% stake, while FPIs hold 11.29%, GQG Partners 1.85%, and retail shareholders 3.25%.

DCM Shriram Ltd. and Bayer CropScience Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding to accelerate sustainable agricultural development across India, focusing on agri-inputs, digital tools, and value-chain enhancement.

The partnership aims to support farmers and the ecosystem while enhancing market access and value-chain connections. Shares of DCM Shriram rose 7.5% on the news.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders

The agreement covers procurement, technical skills sharing, and defence manufacturing collaboration, with joint research and development on future naval projects.

Petronet LNG

Petronet LNG Limited signed a ₹12,000 crore secured Rupee Term Loan agreement with a consortium led by SBI and Bank of Baroda to fund its PDH and PP project in Gujarat.

The loan carries a first charge on project assets and a second charge on existing assets, to be released after project commissioning, with security shared pari-passu among lenders and bondholders.
